Beau has held leadership roles across complex manufacturing environments, including Director of Manufacturing and Technical Services responsibilities over production, processing, packaging, utilities, maintenance, automation, planning, MRO, and plant performance.
His background includes supporting large-scale greenfield startups, leading multi-shift teams, commissioning complex processing and packaging systems, managing utility and wastewater operations, and building maintenance and reliability systems from the ground up.
